Since
Canada has two levels of government, Federal and provincial, all persons, other
than Canadian Citizens and Landed Immigrants, who wish to pursue their studies
in the province of Québec, must obtain a Québec Certificate of
Acceptance (CAQ), and a Canadian Student Authorization before proceeding to
Canada. The Québec Certificate of Acceptance must be obtained before
the Canadian Immigration Services can issue a Student Authorization. As it may
take several weeks to obtain the Student Authorization, the application process
should be started immediately upon receipt of the letter of admission from the
College. |
